অর্ডার কনফার্মেশন:
আপনি যখন আমাদের শপ থেকে অর্ডার করবেন, আমাদের কাস্টমার প্রতিনিধি আপনাকে ফোন করে অর্ডারটি কনফার্ম করবে। তখন আপনাকে প্রোডাক্টের দাম, ডেলিভারি চার্জ, এবং অন্যান্য দরকারি তথ্য জানানো হবে। আপনার সম্মতি পাওয়ার পরই আমরা প্রোডাক্ট পাঠিয়ে দেব।

পেমেন্ট পলিসি:
আপনাকে আগে থেকে কোনো টাকা দিতে হবে না। আমাদের সব অর্ডারে “ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি” সুবিধা দেওয়া হয় — অর্থাৎ, প্রোডাক্ট হাতে পাওয়ার পরই আপনি মূল্য পরিশোধ করবেন। বিশেষ প্রোডাক্ট / অফারের ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি চার্জ অগ্রিম দিতে হতে পারে। সেক্ষেত্রে আমাদের Return and Refund Policy দেখে নিতে পারেন।

ডেলিভারি সময়সীমা:
ঢাকার মধ্যে অর্ডার করলে 1–2 দিনের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হয়। বাংলাদেশের অন্যান্য এলাকায় ডেলিভারি সময় 2–3 দিন । বিশেষ কারনে ডেলিভারিতে কিছুটা বিলম্ব হতে পারে।

প্রোডাক্টের মিল ও যাচাইকরণ:
আপনি ডেলিভারির সময় ডেলিভারি ম্যানের কাছ থেকে প্রোডাক্ট হাতে নিয়ে দেখে নিতে পারবেন। যদি প্রোডাক্ট আমাদের ফেসবুক, ওয়েবসাইট বা বিজ্ঞাপনের সঙ্গে না মেলে, তাহলে আমরা সম্পূর্ণ বিনামূল্যে সেই প্রোডাক্ট পরিবর্তন করে সঠিক প্রোডাক্ট আবার পাঠাবো।

অর্ডার বাতিল:
প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারিতে পাঠানোর আগে যেকোনো সময় আপনি অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারবেন। অর্ডার বাতিল করতে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন:

একবার প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারিতে পাঠানো হলে অর্ডার বাতিল করা সম্ভব হবে না।

অর্ডার পরিবর্তন বা সিদ্ধান্ত বদলালে:
যদি আপনি সঠিক প্রোডাক্ট পেয়েও অর্ডার বাতিল করতে চান বা অন্য প্রোডাক্ট নিতে চান, এবং যদি কোনো নতুন অর্ডার না করেন, সেক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন চার্জ আপনাকে বহন করতে হবে।
বিনিময় বা এক্সচেঞ্জের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য শিপিং চার্জ সম্পর্কে আমাদের কাস্টমার সার্ভিস টিম আপনাকে জানাবে।

স্টক না থাকলে:
অর্ডার করার পরে যদি কোনো প্রোডাক্ট স্টকে না থাকে, তাহলে আমাদের টিম আপনাকে দ্রুত জানাবে এবং বিকল্প প্রোডাক্ট বা সম্পূর্ণ বিনামূল্যে অর্ডার বাতিলের সুযোগ দেবে।

প্রোডাক্টের মৌলিকতা:
বিলাসী শপে বিক্রয়কৃত প্রোডাক্ট 100% অরিজিনাল / নির্ভেজাল। আমরা কোনো ভেজাল প্রোডাক্ট বিক্রি করি না। যদি অর্ডারকৃত প্রোডাক্ট হাতে পাওয়ার পরে কোন সন্দেহ হয় অনুগ্রহ করে 01962-101020 নাম্বারে যোগাযোগ করুন।

শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন:
এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তনযোগ্য। যেকোনো পরিবর্তন এই পেজে আপডেট করা হবে। ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখলে আপনি সংশোধিত শর্তাবলী মেনে নিয়েছেন বলে গণ্য হবে।

Order Confirmation:
When you place an order from our shop, our customer representative will contact you by phone to confirm the order. During the call, you will be informed about the product price, delivery charge, and other necessary details. The order will be processed only after receiving your confirmation.

Payment Policy:
No advance payment is required. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders — meaning you will pay only after receiving the product.
However, for certain products or special offers, advance payment of the delivery charge may be required. In that case, you can check out our Return and Refund Policy.

Delivery Timeline:
Within Dhaka: Delivery is completed within 1–2 days
Outside Dhaka: Delivery takes 2–3 days
Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Product Verification & Matching:
At the time of delivery, you may check the product in front of the delivery personnel.
If the product does not match what was shown on our Facebook page, website, or advertisement, we will replace it with the correct product free of charge.

Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched.

Once the product has been dispatched for delivery, cancellation will no longer be possible.

Order Changes or Change of Mind:
If you receive the correct product but still wish to cancel or replace it, and if no new order is placed, you will need to bear the return delivery charge
For exchanges, applicable shipping charges will be communicated by our customer service team

Out of Stock:
If any product becomes unavailable after placing the order, our team will inform you promptly. You will have the option to choose an alternative product or cancel the order free of charge.

Product Authenticity:
All products sold at Bilashi Shop are 100% original and authentic. We do not sell counterfeit or adulterated products.
